Really good Broadway Stay

ideal location art deco design useful machine kind service

The location proved ideal. Broadway was just a short walk away. The art deco design of the building impressed me (it's really beautiful!). I found the coffee machine in my room very useful. The front door staff offered very kind service .

I found the gym to be a little bit small.

The room featured a large shower and very comfortable beds. Guests have access to a coffee machine. I did not experience noise, and I enjoyed my stay.

I noticed a small bar located inside the hotel. A restaurant was available, but I did not try it. I remember the menu looked appealing, so I might eat there next time.

The staff was attentive. Our room was clean. High quality toiletries were provided in my room.

The parking was expensive. I had to pay $68 to park with the hotel. I think $52 to park in the lot across the street is also too much.

My room included a king bed (very spacious). The hotel offers a gym with cardio equipment and weights. It was very clean. The location allowed me to walk to many restaurants nearby.

The valet parking seemed a little expensive.

Excellent Location and Spacious Rooms

I found the rooms to be very spacious. They are larger than typical hotel rooms. The bathrooms are spacious as well. I also appreciated Matt, Trey, and Jaden taking care of my belongings and my car. I found the location to be great. It is close to the Bridgestone arena.

Staff seemed rude and annoyed, which I didn't appreciate. I noticed extra charges in the receipt for parking and other perks. The hotel didn't explain these charges well. Staff became annoyed when I asked about them. Other guests received a welcome bag. I did not receive this.

Door staff greeted me. Someone always opened the door. The receptionists were very friendly. They provided quick help. Larson also provided excellent service and helped us with our bags.

The hotel has a vintage look and holiday decorations. The pool was fun, but it was busy. It is on the roof. Valet parking. It offered convenience.

The hotel offers a prime area near Broadway. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions. I didn't need my car until checkout. The area was quiet at night, even though it was close to Broadway.
